- This nation should commit itself to achieving the goal before this decade is out of landing a man on the moon and returning him safely to the earth.

- But how are we going to get to the moon if we can't talk between two or three buildings?

- We heard an explosion.

- The whole crew was gone in less than 20 seconds. They had paid the price and look what we've done around the world since.

- It was just such an exciting time, like at one point we decided that thing up there, we're gonna go.

- We were not there for the fun of it, we were not there just for the notoriety of it, we were there to help an objective along that as we look back on it, it's probably the greatest accomplishment in the 20th century.
